The animation team was very nice! They really made the vacation; so much fun. I also appreciated the many pools to enjoy and the opportunity for day trips to Sharks Bay, Naama Bay, and Sooq Square. A very fun vacation.

Had a great time with my family! The animation team was fantastic, keeping the kids entertained all day. The pools were a lifesaver in the heat, and we even took a day trip to Naama Bay. Food was okay, but the sheer number of pools made up for it!

Spent a week here over Christmas. The animation team were super fun, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The bell staff/porter was very helpful, and having a doctor on call was reassuring.
